Yes, Staples Canada does price match (in-store only). Staples Canada’s price match policy is “If you find a lower price on a new identical item, just show us the lower price when you buy the item at a Staples store and we’ll match the price”. They will price match within 30 days of receiving the item (or 14 days for electronics).

If you buy an item from a Staples store and find that item at a lower price in one of their stores or at staples.com, they will refund the difference as long as its within 14 days of purchase.

In addition, Staples Canada price matches their competitors’ bonus offers for an item that they carry. They will match the competitor’s price and provide the identical bonus item where possible. If their competitor offers a free gift card with an item that they carry, they will match the competitor’s price and provide the same valued gift card.

However, be careful as they don’t match gift card discounts, Bose products, instant rebates, special event sales, phone cards, postage, in-store pickup orders and apps.
