Early in 2023 we started discussing the option of going to a fully digital first model for our retail flyer. With this transition it would include a shift of the build of the flyer over to the Flipp team with the Staples production team building out the assets and data sheet. We tested over a month long period with improved results showing for the newly designed flyer look. We fine-tuned and worked out details for a launch in late September 2023. The Flipp team in general has been great at providing solutions when speed bumps hit (category offering, financing call outs, badge updates and schedule tweaks) and provide options for discussion. I look forward to continuing to make the Staples flyer a benchmark for retailers on the Flipp app and looking forward to ways we can improve the customer experience and know that with the support of the Flipp team we will have success.
